Breathe.

It’s the dumbest thing. Sometimes I have to remind myself to breathe.

Even sitting right here, right now, typing away, I find myself holding my breath or not breathing deeply.

There is a pinched feeling within me. An anxiety. Surface level fear.

And then I say to myself. Breathe. Just breathe. And I come back to myself and my surroundings… and I feel better.fullsizeoutput_1881
