In the eleventh month of Trump’s presidency, God sent the angel Warren’s email to Chicago, a town in Illinois, to a virgin-writer pledged to a Doctorate of Ministry, a degree of Duke Divinity. The virgin’s name was Mandy. The angel’s email to her said, “Hi, I’m pleased to share this news! The Rev. Dr. Hall is with you.”
Mandy was greatly anxious at his words and wondered what kind of news this might be. But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mandy; you have found favor with Dr. Hall. You will conceive and give birth to a paper, and you are to call it a thesis. It will be great and will be called the words of the Most High. The Lord God will give it a platform at Duke Divinity, and it will guide His church forever; it’s impact will never end.”
“How will this be,” Mandy asked the angel, “since I am a virgin-writer?”
The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy ideas to be born will be called the words of God. Even your relatives are going to see new possibilities in their old age, and they who were unable to conceive of new ideas are already opening up. For no word from God will ever fail.”
“I am the Lord’s servant,” Mandy answered. “May your word to me be fulfilled.” Then the angel left her.
